Encontro Paraíso Illa San Simón is the annual gathering of the Residencias Paraíso program, which will take place from September 12 to 14, 2025, on Illa San Simón (Redondela, Pontevedra).
The event, which brings together all the Paraíso 2025 artists and numerous invited professionals from within and beyond Galicia, is designed to share the artistic processes developed during the residency program throughout the year and to create a space for collective knowledge.
In addition, in this ninth edition, we are expanding the residencies on Illa San Simón itself to a ten-day period, with three guest artists.
The gathering seeks to bring us together in the intimacy of such a unique island as San Simón, for an intense and—hopefully—deeply nourishing experience for all the invited artists and professionals.
