Parafonías

When two sound waves of the same frequency fall slightly out of phase, the human ear perceives their friction as a third tone. Parafonías offers a sensitive experience where intuitive relationships between movement and sound are distorted, opening up a space that is both strange and familiar, sparking our curiosity and empathy. What if, in a communicative act, voice and gesture were not exactly in sync? The intentions of the body or the voice diverge, creating a territory where meaning is questioned and imagination is transformed.
